Kustomized Kre8tionz will not be responsible for any incorrect address information provided. If your items are returned to us due to an INCORRECT ADDRESS, you will have to pay for another shipping label. When your order has been shipped, I will provide you with a tracking number with the email that you provided at checkout. If there is no email provided, no tracking information will be given and Kustomized Kre8tionz will not be responsible for you not receiving your tracking information once your order have shipped. The shipping process will be through USPS (or your local postal service). Once the item(s) have been shipped Kustomized Kre8tionz is not responsible for any damages or lost packages. All items are packed in new condition and is not damaged or broken prior to being shipped. If you need any help with your tracking once your item is shipped, please contact your local post office.
